Snippets with side margins look quite compressed between full width snippets. This commit adds an option in the side-menu to control whether a section is stretched or not. This option is available everywhere it would have a reasonable visual impact (the cutoff was arbitrarily chosen to be that the stretched section is at least 5% larger than the unstretched version) task-2080570 closes odoo/odoo#38852 Signed-off-by: Quentin Smetz (qsm) <qsm@odoo.com>
