Younn Olivier 28a78fb4e4 [REF] web_editor, website: refactor dialogs to new API ...

After the core Dialog API was refactored in [1], the web_editor and
website dialogs had to be reworked.

These dialogs are using a base WebsiteDialog component, that allows for
a default footer and adds the o_website_dialog content class.
