Following the rework of global ACLs here: odoo/odoo@7dd1796eb7 Public users cannot access the event.sponsor.type model anymore. This caused the sponsor "closing hours" modal to not be shown anymore, as it raised an access error. To fix the issue, we sudo the sponsor type access in the controller that retrieves the sponsor data to render the template.
