fdardenne 5ba91f1d69 [FIX] web: checkbox: deactivate onChange when disabled ...

Before, even if the checkbox is deactivated, clicking on it
cause an `onChange`.
This caused unexpected behavior, the form view changed to a dirty
mode even if the checkbox was in read-only mode and nothing
was modified.

Now, the checkbox does not call `onChange` when deactivated.
