* = im_livechat, test_discuss_full

Various improvements to user settings, including:

+ Introduce new js models `res.users.settings` and `res.users.settings.volumes`
to mirror the python models.
+ Avoid reformatting server data and simplify the way notifications are handled.
+ Clean dead code (unused convertData).
+ Reword and add documentation.
