Brieuc-brd a831ea4301 [FIX] crm_livechat, im_livechat: remove Odoobot avatar transparency ...

Since the introduction of dark mode, Odoobot's avatar must have a white
background, otherwise it's not visible enough.

This commit fixes this issue.
