Right now, if the expected revenue is not set on the opportunity, the
rainbowman is not displayed and it does make sense to ask for a revenue
so that we can measure if this is a record or not. However, revnue is not
necessary to congratulate the user for his first win.

With this commit, for the first won lead of a user, we congratulate user
with rainbowman, even if there is no exptected revenue set.
