Pierre Masereel 2cb0ec1cad [FIX] pos_restaurant: shop doesn't exist anymore in pos ...

The variable 'shop' that was set for POS receipt, was actually the stock
location and has been removed. But we forgot to remove its use in
pos_retaurant.
