Kartik Chavda a942000c2a [FIX] project: fix 'Blocking' stat button for project update ...

The purpose of this commit is to:

    - Open the form view if there is only 1 blocking task.
    - Prevent the project update button to show in the view opened
      through the action_dependent_tasks action.
