Bruno Boi 0c0a0d02a4 [FIX] web_tour: hide on tour pointer scroll ...

**Before**
When the scroller tour pointer is clicked,
it scrolls fine but if the mouse cursor is left
inside the pointer element, its position is
not updated until you leave it.

**After**
When the scroller tour pointer is clicked,
it directly goes away as soon as the scroll starts.
