Kartik Chavda a7fb497435 [IMP] web: add new option format_type for daterange widget ...

Purpose of this commit to add format_type option in daterange
widget.

So, In this add format_type option in nodeoption which convert
actual formatType to given format_type in option and add test
case for that feature.
