To Reproduce
============
- change language to Arabic Syria
- go to any form that has a Date field and try to change the date
the Date won't change
Problem
=======
the default numbering system of Arabic Syria is not defined so we take the default one
which is `latn`, when parsing dates using this numbering system we got a parsing error
because `latn` is not compatible with Arabic Date.
Solution
========
Numbers in Arabic Syria have the same format as the numbers in Arabic (Default one),
so we add Arabic Syria to the pattern.
