This test executes the QUnit js test suite. Since the new views, this suite keeps growing, which is good. The default timeout for phantomjs tests is 60 seconds, which starts to be tight for test_01_js when the runbot is overloaded. So this commit increases the timeout of this test to 120 seconds.
