The previous commit introduced a new imagepicker uservaluewidget, which allows the user to select a picture or video in a generic way, this commit adapts the background and CoverProperties snippet options to make use of this uservaluewidget instead of duplicating most of the logic. Part of odoo/odoo#41561 task-2155808
