David Beguin f60825b439 [MOV] crm, crm_phone_validation : include crm_phone_validation in crm ...

This commit moves phone validation from bridge module to crm directly.
This commit prepares the PLS feature (see next commits).
PLS needs the phone state to evaluate the probability to closes a lead.
So as crm will depend of phone_validation, the content of the bridge
module is moved in crm module.
