Currently, clicking on the "upgrade" button from Apps in community opens the corresponding page in the same tab. As a consequence, the user completely leaves his database and it can quickly become tedious to get back to it. so in this commit, clicking on the 'upgrade' button should open the corresponding webpage in a new tab closes odoo/odoo#70636 Taskid: 2513785 Signed-off-by: Arnaud Joset <arj-odoo@users.noreply.github.com>
