svs-odoo a86e90af53 [FIX] purchase: readonly on PO line state ...

As the `purchase.order.line` `state` field is invisible but editable in
the RFQ form, when the user will create a new line, this new line's
state will be save with an empty value instead of taking the RFQ state.
