This commit changes the process flow of stock pickings. A new picking will always be created in immediate transfer mode and 'ready' state. From their, it can be validated directly or 'reset to draft'. This second action switch the immediate mode to planned mode and reset the state as draft. From their the classical workflow is processed confirm -> (assigned ->) validated Task: 3256447 Part-of: odoo/odoo#117513
