Laurent Stukkens (LTU) 49fce6207e [FIX] project_mail_plugin: change user_id into user_ids ...

The `user_id` field was replaced in odoo/odoo#74087 by `user_ids`.
The field change was forgotten in in the returned action of the
`/mail_plugin/task/create` route.
