Currently mail override of avatar user widget strips user name in kanban view. Real reason is quite obscure, see odoo/odoo@59641325c7 In this commit we add an option to display both the avatar and the name. Sometimes you want to display an avatar and a name to have a nice display especially when focus is more on the displayed user / partner than on chat capabilities. Task-2388785 Part-of: odoo/odoo#77227
