mehjabinfarsana 002823c89d [IMP] mail: email subject width ...

before this commit, subject field in
email form view was short
and user has to scroll through
the field to see the full subject

after this commit, subject field is long
enough to see the content without
scrolling

closes odoo/odoo#123909
