Sébastien Geelen (sge) 77178fe5ae [FIX] web_editor: fix onChange event ...

Ensure the `onChange()` callback is called
after each history steps in the editor.

Call the `_doAction()` directly, to avoid using the
disabled `_doDebouncedAction()`.
