This commit fixes a non-English line of the Portuguese tax report. Moreover, it also adds `l10n_multilang` as a dependency of the module such that the CoA can automatically be translated to Portuguese if the user chooses to without installing it manually. closes odoo/odoo#106929 Signed-off-by: John Laterre (jol) <jol@odoo.com>
