aliya e334606588 [FIX] account_peppol: add a config param for test mode by default ...

Currently, the default edi mode for peppol is production, even in demo environments. This commit adds the config_parameter in demo data, so that it's created when peppol is presented/tested for demo purposes. Otherwise, the production server is getting spammed with test participants.
