Nikunj Ladava 6785b7d47c [IMP] website_slides: raise UserError on 'Set Done' button ...

Currently, when someone adds a quiz on the slide content from front-end
and clicks on the 'Set Done' button, `werkzeug.exceptions.Forbidden`
error is raised which shows the full stack trace to the end user.

This commit improves the behavior by raising UserError instead and
thus displaying nice error instead of the full stack trace.
