Goffin Simon 2800c89014 [FIX] l10n_se: Fiscal position not loaded ...

Steps to reproduce the bug:

- Create a new company C with country = Sweden
- Install app l10n_se
- Go to Accounting/Configuration/Setting/Fiscal Localization Package, select Swedish Chart of Account and then save

Bug:

The sweddish fiscal positions were not loaded.
