Arthur Detroux (ard) b501e8accf [FIX] web_editor: make snippet list always full height ...

Before this commit, when a tour tooltip was located in the snippet
list, it could cause an overflow that would partly hide the tip and
would bug out when being hovered.

With this commit, the list is made full height, simplifying the look
and giving enough space for the tip to not overflow.
