* im_livechat, mail, snailmail, website_livechat

PURPOSE:

A `replace` command should be default while updating a field.

SPECIFICATION:

- If no command is passed while updating a field, add a `replace` command as
default.
- Remove all the existing occurrences of `replace` command.
