The list view has recently been rewritten in OWL (see https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/48ef812a635f70571b395f82ffdb2969ce99da9e). During the rewriting, a css rule specifying the height of the list renderer has been forgotten making the no content helper be positioned too high on the page. We reintroduce that rule. Part-of: odoo/odoo#97876
