Javier Vega 6603b5ae49 [IMP] pos_discount: using helper method to retreive applicable lines global discount ...

We added a new method to identify if the current pos.order.line can be discounted
in a global discount, fromt he pos_discount, module.

This in order to be inherited from third ones.
