Before this commit, formatters like `formatMonetary` and `formatFloat` weren't loaded in the assets front-end. This commit introduces `formatAmount` ( `formatMonetary` calls `formatAmount` but makes some prior processing to deduce the currency from the field) and makes `formatAmount` and `formatFloat` accessible from any front-end application.
