All the localization of syscohada was written in French instead of English. To correct this, this PR changes the COA, tax group, tax template and char data and adds a French PO file to have all translations in the language used in those countries. closes odoo/odoo#105187 Related: odoo/enterprise#33714 Signed-off-by: Laurent Smet <las@odoo.com>
