Aaron BohyandSamuel Degueldre a39e703a2e [FIX] web: remove memory leak with bootstrap tooltips ...

This commit fixes a memory leak occurring in basic renderers. It
seems that the issue comes from bootstrap 5.1 (might be fixed in
5.2). As this is legacy code, and updating from 5.1 to 5.2 doesn't
seem easy (moreover in stable), we come with a simple and local
patch in BasicRenderer.
