niyasraphy eee5527840 [IMP] hr_work_entry: improve hr.work.entry pivot view

before this commit, the pivot view of hr.work.entry model
is not showing the details by default.

after this commit, the pivot view will be expanded by
employee and work entry type and duration is added
as measure for the pivot view.

closes odoo/odoo#115303
