Arnaud Baes 96eb99f0f2 [FIX] web : force o_image_128 max priority. ...

On the partners page, the class is not fully applied to the logos
because 'img-fluid' is applied first via the 'image' widget.

This cause max-width to be overriden with the value 100%, breaking
the partners pae layout.
