Abdelouahab (abla) 6a3f65ff63 [FIX] web : export property fields ...

To Reproduce
============
- on project task add a property
- go back to list of tasks and try to export the modified task
an error is raised

Problem
=======
The property field is represented as dict (same for JSON fields)
Which is not expected in `write_cell`

Solution
========
handle `dict` type
