Varun Raval 419c57a78b [IMP] snailmail, snailmail_account : remove menu in accounting ...

The purpose of this commit is to remove the menu for the snailmail letters in accounting.
They are accessible from technical settings since 53cdd68e7c

In addition, since 8f486db52d, the error management has been improved. So this commit makes all the fields in form view editable.
