niyasraphy 01c37a970c [FIX] website_forum: show correct karma in faq ...

before this commit, in the website forum faq section,
it is shown, for each down vote it will reduce 10 xp,
but actually it is reducing 2 XP.

after this commit, the points shown in the faq
will be corrected to 2 xp from 10 xp.
