niyasraphy 7bd2be754e [IMP] hr: remove tracking from binary field ...

before this commit, tracking is enable for the
binary field, but odoo is not tracking binary
fields to the chatter.

after this commit, the tracking attribute is
removed from the binary field

closes odoo/odoo#118297
