Before this commit, when inputting latin numbers (i.e. 0-9) with a locale using a numbering system different than "latn" (e.g. "arab"), the parsing failed resulting in an error. The issue is that these locales often support both their numbering system as well as the "latn" one. This commit makes the parsing fall back to the "latn" system in case latin numbers are found in the input.
