Adrien Dieudonne 6b9197244e [IMP] web: Chart.js update to 2.9.3 ...

Update of Chart.js library to the latest version.

Before this commit, we weren't able to see all
x-axis dates labels like in Accounting Overview.
Tick label rotation on mobile has been fixed in
https://github.com/chartjs/Chart.js/pull/5961.
