jem-odoo de8e413e08 [IMP] hr_expense: use 'check_company' mecanism ...

As the ORM now supports some helpers to handle
multi company environment, it is recommended to
use them. So, this commit changes technically
some aspect of the multi company consistency
implemented a few commit ago.
