Nasreddin (bon) 25d35310d0 [FIX] website_slides: Google drive video not starting

Issue

	- Install "eLearning" app
	- Add video to course
	- Open video course in fullscreen mode

	1. Google drive error message
	2. Video still loading

Cause

	1. The base google drive video url has no params,
	   and when adding params, missing the "?" before them.
	2. 'autoplay' param make crash the launcher.

Solution

	1. Use URL javascript library to append params.
	2. Let "autoplay" param only for non google drive video.
