Olivier Dony c7c4458e52 [FIX] base.css: make sure read-only char field contents is always visible ...

min-height seems the original intention of the
CSS, while height is too restrictive and hides
parts of the field value when it is very long
(and switching to edit mode is not always an
option, e.g. for read-only records like emails)
