nda 25e4fcdd1d [FIX] web: disable export button during data export ...

steps to reproduce:
in a tree view export a large amount of data (or add a sleep in
/web/export/xlsx)

before this commit:
button is not disabled, allowing users to spam the button

after this commit:
button is disabled, informing the user that we're processing
his request

closes odoo/odoo#139392
