Nasreddin Boulif (bon) cdaa43ac61 [FIX] l10_ch: Adapt css only for 'l10n_ch_qr' report ...

Issue:

  Padding impacting all reports since css file imported in common
  report assets.

Solution:

  part revert of commit: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/69a1289eca79272efe7e53f8b3ad70de6df3d96a

  use .swissqr_title and .swissqr_content selectors for most of the CSS
  instead of body.l10n_ch_qr that will not work for installation of l10n_ch
  that happened with fix 69a1289eca (8 september 2021 up to this fix).
