Sébastien Theys 71076550de [IMP] mail: add systray item containers ...

To simplify messaging components in the future, they all need to have a similar
shape. It is done for messaging menu and activity notice in this commit, which
requires to move the waiting on "messaging becoming created" to a parent
non-messaging component.
