This commit handle product tags and adds the ability to easily define ribbons, coupons or Dynamic Snippet for a given tag. Purpose ======= Product tags allow users to define a given coupon/promotion program on chosen products templates or product variants. Product tags allow users to easily add a common ribbon on product templates which shares a tag. Product tags allow users to easily define a Product Dynamic Snippet to show product variants which uses the same tag as the current product template. task-2675384 Part-of: odoo/odoo#79296
