Arjun Panchal cd5faa380e [IMP] l10n_in: COA on Tax Configurations

Before this commit

COA for CGST-SGST, IGST, CESS & RC Tax was not properly set in the distribution
for refunds.

After this commit
=================
COA for CGST-SGST, IGST, CESS & RC Tax in the distribution for refunds has been
updated according to the attached spreadsheet.
