aliya c23ab615d8 [FIX] account_peppol: fix settings text, search ...

The text should be update, since we do not review applications anymore.
Also, currently if a user types a random text in the settings' search bar,
Peppol setting appears. Peppol settings should be enclosed in `block` tags as all other settings.
